Subject: Relocation of Sentara Wound Healing Center at Sentara Leigh Hospital
Tidewater EMS Council members,
Sentara Health would like to inform you of an upcoming relocation for the Sentara Wound Healing Center at Sentara Leigh Hospital.
The clinic will be moving from 830 Kempsville Road, Norfolk to 850 Kempsville Road, Norfolk to better serve our patients and support continued delivery of comprehensive wound care services.
*Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy/HBO will remain at the 830 Kempsville Road location
Important dates to note:
- Last operational day at 830 Kempsville Road: Wednesday, March 18
- First day seeing patients at 850 Kempsville Road: Monday, March 23
The Sentara Wound Healing Center provides comprehensive assessment and advanced wound care for patients experiencing non-healing or chronic wounds. Our team looks forward to continuing this care in the new location.
Please update any internal references or directions you may provide to patients accordingly. If you have questions or need additional information, please contact the Wound Healing Center directly at 757-261-4335.
