End of Hospital Pharmacy Exchange
As of 0900 today, we have ended the medication box exchange program we have had in place for over 50 years with the hospital pharmacies. It has been a wonderful relationship, but based on federal laws being changed this was a necessity.
So in short there will be no more box exchanges with the area hospitals (unless your agency has a special arrangement that has been approved).
