Subject: AME Hybrid Critical Care Flight and Ground Paramedic Course with Cadaver Lab + Ultrasound Training - SPRING 2025
Hello,
I am writing to share an educational opportunity for your Paramedics provided by Air Medical Experts, LLC. We have opened registration for our upcoming
AME Hybrid Critical Care Flight and Ground Paramedic Course with Cadaver Lab + Ultrasound Training - SPRING 2024, which is designed to cater to the dynamic schedules of EMS professionals. Here is a link to our website with additional information and course details:

For 2025 - the skills weekend is now 4 days! The addition of 1 extra hands on day will allow students additional time to practice critical care skills, perform more in-depth scenarios, and enhance long term application and retention of course material.
There will be two student groups for this Spring session. The dates are listed below. Cohort #1 meets online on Mondays only, and cohort #2 has an expedited didactic plan, meeting 2 days a week until skills weekend.
Cohort #1 -- This course will be from February 3, 2025 through May 19, 2025 on Mondays (online, LIVE) and the In-person skills weekend will be in Winchester, VA on April 10-13, 2025.
Cohort #2 -- This course will be from February 27, 2025 through May 19, 2025 with 2 days each week for the online, LIVE didactic sessions and the In-person skills weekend will be in Winchester, VA on April 10-13, 2025. Online LIVE sessions are: February 27, March 6, 10, 13, 17, 20, 24, 27, 31, April 3, 7 (asynchronous), [no class April 14], April 21, 28, May 5, May 16, May 19.
Our innovative program uniquely blends live online sessions with recorded materials, ensuring accessibility for those who may be on shift and unable to attend in real time. The course structure is thoughtfully crafted to offer flexibility without compromising the depth and quality of learning.
A highlight of our course is the in-person skills days, featuring a comprehensive Difficult Airway Cadaver Lab. This hands-on experience is complemented by an EMS ultrasound station and an insightful presentation on Bioethics in Paramedicine. These sessions are tailored to provide practical skills and up-to-date knowledge, essential for today's healthcare challenges.
Furthermore, weather and aviation asset availability permitting, we have planned a Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU) equipped medical helicopter to fly-in for our in-person training days. This unique experience allows students to engage directly with the aircraft, interact with experienced flight crews, and participate in an in-aircraft scenario training. This aspect of the course is designed to offer an unparalleled level of realism and practical understanding, vital for professionals in critical care environments.
We believe that your Advanced Life Support (ALS) providers would greatly benefit from this comprehensive and immersive educational experience. Providers who have previously participated in this course have consistently reported it as an invaluable asset, significantly enhancing their clinical skills and professional development.
Please feel free to share this information with your EMS providers. I have included a pdf version of the flyer which you are free to distribute. You are welcome to share the flyer on your social media pages, should you decide to do so. Should you have any inquiries or require further details, do not hesitate to contact me.
Thank you for considering this opportunity. We look forward to the possibility of working together to advance the skills and knowledge of your ALS providers.
Sincerely,
Christina
