Hello Community Partners!
We would like your assistance in spreading the word about our Nursing Extern Advancement Training Program (NEAT). Please feel free to share with the community with your team members, in your newsletters, through your distribution lists and on social media.
Riverside Offers Nursing Extern Advancement Training Program
We are excited to offer the second year of the Nurse Extern Advancement Training (NEAT) program! This six-week paid summer externship is available for rising senior nursing students to earn practical, hands-on experience as Nurse Techs prior to graduation. Accepted students will work alongside LPNs and RNs in a variety of acute and long term care environments. At the end of the externship, participants will be eligible to apply for an additional $5,000 educational grant and invited to continue working as a PRN Nurse Tech throughout the final year of school.
