First Line: First Receiver Operational Training Course

 

This class will be held on May 20 2026 from 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. at CHKD Health Center, 500 Discovery Dr Suite 302 Chesapeake, VA 23320.

 

Our Dry Decon training equips responders, industrial teams, and emergency personnel with the skills to perform safe and effective dry decontamination. Using FiberTect®, participants learn how to quickly perform bulk removal of contaminants from personnel, equipment, and surfaces, perfect for cold or austere environments where water-based decontamination isn’t practical. Safe for skin, FiberTect® allows responders to act fast without risking additional harm.


Practical, hands-on experience using FiberTect® for rapid dry decontamination
Techniques for effective bulk contaminant removal and safe disposal.
Preparation for real-world scenarios, including industrial incidents, cold-weather operations, and large-scale emergency responses.
Ensure your team can respond safely and efficiently to contamination events, even in environments where traditional decontamination isn’t an option.

 

LICENSE CODE FOR CHKD: CHKD FROT 26

When you register, you will have to create an account and then add the license code. Once you register, you will recieve an email confirming that registration, but your home page on First Line will not say "submit" or "recieved."
