Good afternoon,
I am reaching out inform you that ECG transmission services on the Sentara side will be restored as of 6:00 PM this evening. At that time, agencies may resume transmitting ECGs through the LifeNet platform.
We appreciate everyone’s support and collaboration in notifying your EMS agencies during this incident. Please send this update to clear the prior alert and ensure the EMS teams are aware that services will be fully restored.
