Subject: Fw: SNGH ED Welcome Tablets SBAR
Good Morning,
Sharing an update for SNGH. We have been living here for 1 month now and have corrected and worked through some of our pain points. To ensure timely hand-off and getting your team back to the community, we are recommending that patients directed to triage check-in are brought to the main registration desk (old process) vs the kiosk welcome station. The welcome station process takes minimal time, but the hand-off and acquisition of a patient's label is variable depending on the time of day. Let us know if you have questions!
Thanks,
Rachel

Subject: SNGH ED Welcome Tablets SBAR
Hey David,
Here is the SBAR for the new welcome tablets I mentioned today. The tablets will be located immediately to the left where the windows are. Like I shared earlier, there will be team members available to assist if the patient is unable to self-register after being transported to the ED.
Thanks,
