C-Collar Shortage - SNGH
TEMS just received a notice that SNGH will not be able to replace C-Collars until tomorrow morning.
If you transport a patient to SNGH and are not able to receive an exchange C-Collar, fill out an exchange form with all the required information and have a staff member sign it agreeing that you were not able to receive a C-Collar and retain it to be able to collect at a later date.
